Stephen is a University of Pennsylvania, Ryerson University and University of Guelph graduate. With academic training in design pre-empted with years of opportunities and adventures in rural and vacation environments, Stephen creatively designs landscape spaces by recognizing the uniqueness of space and user interaction for every project. Stephen’s designs of residential spaces, urban spaces, playgrounds, golf course design, parklands and transportation corridors encourage positive experiences, passive and active, providing opportunity for a better appreciation of nature and the environment.
Being a full member of the OALA and CSLA since 1985, Stephen has experience in projects with municipal, institutional, land developer, residential and international clients, and has been involved with Conservation Authorities, Ministry of Natural Resources and OMB hearings. Stephen has also been a sessional instructor at Humber College and the University of Guelph teaching site design, residential garden design and landscape construction.
Stephen’s dedication to continually provide unique and positive user experience through creative designs, fuels his commitment for self-improvement through continuing education of social and environmental issues, and reviewing new and innovative technology. Each new project is an exciting opportunity to learn and experience.
